A resonant inertial impact rotary piezoelectric motor based on a self-clamping structure is designed, assembled, and tested. The designed mainly includes rotor (two vibrators, preload mechanism, intermediate connection mechanism), clamping another auxiliary mechanism. ceramic sheet the drives vibrator to swing under excitation of single harmonic wave. Because there mechanism formed by combination clamp baffle fixed ring, thus half-cycle rotation can be effectively completed, repeated realize unidirectional continuous rotor. whole process in resonance state, which has significant advantages, such as low friction simple structure, compared with traditional quasi-static motor. analyzed using COMSOL5.5 software then performance tested building an experimental platform verify feasibility design. final results show that optimal working frequency 150 Hz, consistent characteristic simulation. When prototype conditions operating voltage 240 Vp-p, torque 7.8 N.mm, maximum angular speed reach 2.4 rad/s, load 27.8 N mm resolution movement angle 0.941°.
